//RHYME Q

Making quantum programmable for every developer

RHYME lets software developers build quantum applications in Python, in the IDE and with the AI assistant they already use. No gate-level physics.

22 October 2026
RhymeQ comes out of stealth with $2.2M pre-seed to make quantum programmable for every developer
Launched today at NVIDIA GTC Berlin: RHYME, the Python abstraction layer that brings quantum to software developers.
RhymeQ is a member of NVIDIA Inception. RHYME compiles to NVIDIA CUDA-Q, so developers can run the same code on GPU simulators and quantum hardware.

Quantum is coming. Few can code it.

  • 01
You have to think in quantum physics before you can think about your problem.
  • 02
Your code is tied to the machine. Every new device means relearning and rewriting.
  • 03
Software practices don't carry over yet. Debugging, unit testing and CI/CD for quantum code are still immature.

Think in your problem, not in qubits

RHYME is a Python-based abstraction layer for hybrid quantum-classical programming. You describe your problem with high-level types. RHYME compiles it into quantum circuits, runs them on simulators or real quantum hardware, and returns the results to your application.
01
Python first. High-level types instead of qubits and gates.
02
Made for AI coding. Describe what you want, let your AI assistant write RHYME.
03
Hardware-agnostic.
04
Explore quantum within your favorite IDE.

Built for every developer

Whatever their background
Software engineers
You already know how to ship software. Build quantum features with the workflows you know: Python, version control, tests and code review.
Students
Learn quantum on a real software stack, not only in a physics course. Write your first quantum program in Python, run it on a simulator, then on real hardware.
The curious
Interested in quantum but not a physicist? Start with the Python you already know, and find out what quantum can and can’t do today.
Data and ML engineers
You already work with data, models and optimisation problems. Formulate them in RHYME, run the quantum part on simulators or hardware, and keep the rest in your Python stack.
Enterprise teams
Give your developers a way into quantum without building a physics department first. More than 25 industrial companies are already in active dialogue with us.
